Campaigner is an email marketing software created to help you send your newsletters in the most efficient way. Their software also allows a user to personalise an email newsletter through features like tracking and scheduling. Below is a simple guide on how to send your Toddle email newsletter using Campaigner and how to use the features included in the software.

• Browse on over to www.campaigner.com and sign-up for an account or log-in if you already have one.

• After logging-in, click Create New Campaign.

• To start with, name your campaign. Also specify if you are going to use your own code/existing template or another template. In this case, choose your own code/existing template choice.

• In designing your content, click HTML and Text as the format.

• You will then need the HTML and Plain Text versions of the email newsletter. The links of both can be found in the Advanced Sending Options box at toddle.com

• Getting the HTML version is not as easy in Campaigner. You must go to the HTML version URL and view the source code. (You can do this by clicking View > Page Source.) Copy and paste in the HTML page.

• View the design and then Save.

• For the Plain Text version, copy and paste the text found in the URL. Click Next.

• Congratulations! Your email newsletter has been sent successfully!
